Unbreakable Mouthpieces will gladly accept your refund or exchange if it does not meet your expectations. We strive to give you our best description of each product. Please do your best in reviewing the descriptions before you buy. We understand it can be difficult for you to decide on a size without trying it on. That''s why we'll exchange your purchase with no hassle.
We ask that you please do not wear it, wash it, or remove any of the tags.
Please submit all returns within 30 days of your purchase.

Unbreakable Mouthpieces will then email you back with necessary return info.
On Returns/Exchanges it is the buyers responsibility to pay shipping on the product returned. We''ll pay return shipping (US only) with the most cost effective way possible.
Please allow 3 business days for us to handle your Return/ Exchange request.
What to do if you have a Defective Product or we shipped you the wrong item?
Just e-mail sales@unbreakablemouthpieces.com with your concern.
On defects or we shipped you the wrong item we pay the shipping. We'll give you more info on how to send it back once we receive your email.

ECHECK users please note that your order will not be processed until the check clears, in some case 5-7days. This will delay shipping, and may cause your product to be out of stock or back ordered before your check clears on limited stock items.

How long will my Domestic (within USA) order take?
We ship most items USPS Priority. Expect you order to arrive within 7 to 21 days of item being shipped. We must point out that all USPS packages are subject to delays and can take up to 6-8 weeks. This is very rare and we suggest that you contact us if your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days of your purchase.
Domestic orders are processed Monday thru Friday and all items are subject to availability. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Please note orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

To qualify for the rates listed above International orders must not exceed 4 lbs. If your order exceeds 4 lbs. we will notify you about any extra cost involved.
How long will my International order take?
We ship most International items USPS Global Priority. Expect you order to arrive within 14 to 21 days of item being shipped. USPS Global is available in most major cities across the globe. In the case that it isn't available in your area we'll contact via email to work out other shipping options. Please be aware the pricing below may increase if USPS Global doesn't deliver to your area. All USPS packages are subject to delays and can take up to 6-8 weeks. This is very rare and we suggest that you contact us if your order hasn't arrived within 28 business days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot track USPS Global shipping at this time.
